Available dates: August, 24 - MONDAY - 09:00 - 15:00 approx A Guided Wild Swimming Day with Transport Included. Explore the stunning Fife coast with my fully guided Tidal Pool Tour. This fun-filled day of seawater adventure will take you to Cellardyke, St Monans, and Pittenweem, where you’ll have the opportunity to swim in the infinity pools of the Fife coast. These tidal pools are a popular choice due to their safe environment and easy access. With my expertise, you can relax and enjoy the experience, knowing that I’ve got the route, safety considerations and entry points all covered. * Completion of the Cold Water Safety Induction is required for all guided experiences. The Theory of the Cold Water Safety Induction is now available online for those who prefer to learn at their own pace or cannot attend an in-person induction. Visit Education in the website menu and select Essential Guide to Cold Water Therapy & Wild Swimming (Cold Water Safety Induction). * It is always recommended to get a medical check up before starting cold water therapy * Transport is included from Linlithgow or pick up on direct route * Allow up to 5 hours to include travel between locations and plenty of dips! * If you're a group of 3 or 4, a bespoke date can be arranged. * Access level - Easy/Moderate - Generally flat pathed terrain but steps down to all 3 pools. Total walking is never more than 15minutes at a time. We will visit 3 tidal pools. We will continually assess our individual states of well-being and will only dip within our limits. There will be no pressure to dip in every spot. Each pool has close-by parking. 2 of the pools have steps into the water and one (Pittenweem) is a flat, gradual entry but has a series of steps down to the changing area. * What to bring, where to meet and everything you need to know will be detailed in your confirmation email.
