Before joining any of my experiences, I ask that everyone completes my Cold Water Safety Induction, whatever your previous experience may be. Creating a community of informed, confident and safety-aware outdoor swimmers is deeply important to me. Cold water deserves respect and this induction helps us build a shared understanding so we can enjoy it responsibly together.

There are a variety of ways to access it, including online or in person options, funded places and opportunities available through charities, helping to keep it as accessible as possible for everyone.
