Available dates: Saturday 7, March - 09:30 meet at location Saturday 11, April - 09:30 meet at location Saturday 20, June - 09:30 meet at location Saturday 22, August - 09:30 meet at location How it works: * Completion of the Cold Water Safety Induction is required for all guided experiences. The Theory of the Cold Water Safety Induction is now available online for those who prefer to learn at their own pace or cannot attend an in-person induction. Visit Education in the website menu and select Essential Guide to Cold Water Therapy & Wild Swimming (Cold Water Safety Induction). * It is always recommended to get a medical check up before starting cold water therapy * Most of these sessions will have a 9:30am start time and will end by 12 noon. * The location could be up to 60 minutes drive from the CENTRAL BELT of SCOTLAND. * A good level of mobility is required. Some venues require a moderate walk, others require some rock scrambling, however, we will not be climbing mountains! * Some locations will be accessible for anyone with mobility constraints - please enquire before booking * Location and access specifics will be revealed via email no later than 24 hours before each session * Tow floats (if required) can be loaned Even with a small pocket of time, you can feel like you've truly escaped from it all when you use it in the right way! Embark on a leisurely, guided morning out for dips and swims in scenic places, where you’ll explore your sense of adventure and meet like-minded individuals. Locations will remain a mystery until 24hours before each adventure. This not only creates the element of fun but allows me to select the most appropriate and safest venue dependent on conditions at the time. Perhaps we will swim in a glorious new loch or explore the pools and gorges of a local glen. Maybe we'll feel the sand between our toes at the beach or the grass beneath our feet as we meet a magnificent waterfall.
