June, 21 - Saturday - 09:30-11:30am (Join when you can for as little or long as you like) Beach Party, Sea Dip, Cake & Raffle We have lot's to celebrate and it's good to get together - the perfect excuse for a party! Join me at Silver Sands beach, Aberdour for this free event, my way of giving thanks to our community. We will gather on the beach for snacks and enjoy a cold water sea dip together. It's a great opportunity to showcase who we are, what we do and help us raise money for our good cause project. Don't miss this opportunity to win amazing experiences with me too! Bring your friends along! Consider this event as an 'Open Day' for anyone who might like to find out more about cold water therapy and swimmy adventures. *Guided sea dip open to anyone in the Cold Therapy Collective Community *What to bring, where to meet and everything you need to know will be detailed in your confirmation email. *The water is cold! Consider wearing a wetsuit if you are not acclimatised. *Tow floats essential *Access Information - 5 minute walk from the meeting point (main car park). 1 set of wide steps. Parking is limited but blue badge parking available closer to the beach, avoiding the steps.
