September 20, Sunday - 09:00am Join us for a grounding beach yoga session, where movement meets breath and the rhythm of the waves guides you back into your body. Led by the amazing Sharon Kilgour Yoga. Then we'll head in to the water together for our guided cold dose of vitamin SEA! No previous Yoga experience is required - this session is about connecting with nature, boosting wellbeing and starting the day feeling calm, clear and alive. Expect laughter, goosebumps, deep breaths and that unmistakable post-dip glow. No pressure, no expectations - just a supportive circle of people. Why you’ll love it: Energizing, all-levels yoga in a coastal setting A guided cold-water dip to boost mood. Community, connection and celebration! Come as you are. Leave feeling unstoppable! *Completion of the Cold Water Safety Induction is required for all guided experiences. The Theory of the Cold Water Safety Induction is now available online for those who prefer to learn at their own pace or cannot attend an in-person induction. Visit Education in the website menu and select Essential Guide to Cold Water Therapy & Wild Swimming (Cold Water Safety Induction). *This water is cold! Consider wearing a wetsuit if you are not acclimatised. *Tow floats essential *Access - Moderate - Flat sandy terrain. Concrete ramp alternative to steps down to beach. Fairly steep hill (paved) down to seafront from car park. *Bring a yoga mat or similar.
