Available dates: Saturday, 28 November - 15:00pm - 17:00pm Gather with a like-minded bunch of sea dippers and sauna lovers for an evening of salt, sea, heat and sunset! Our aim is to slow down and enjoy a little slice of wild Scottish luxury. A beautiful way to unwind, reset and experience the coast in a completely different way before the chaos of December descends upon us. The Experience: 🌿 100% natural, native seaweed & sea salt scrub, self-applied and packed with the goodness of the sea 🌊 Guided sea bathing & dipping - a relaxed, supported introduction to our November sea water 🔥 Use of the Wild Scottish Sauna from 4pm - soak up the warmth while watching the sun set 🌊 Further sea dips during the sauna session - cool off, reset and return to the warmth. * Completion of the Cold Water Safety Induction is required for all guided experiences. The Theory of the Cold Water Safety Induction is now available online for those who prefer to learn at their own pace or cannot attend an in-person induction. Visit Education in the website menu and select Essential Guide to Cold Water Therapy & Wild Swimming (Cold Water Safety Induction). * It is always recommended to get a medical check up before starting cold water therapy & saunas * Your booking will be fully confirmed once your medical/risk acceptance form has been checked * Tow floats essential * You’ll receive a full email with course access and session details once your booking is confirmed * Access - Moderate, mostly flat but steps in to the sauna.
