Service Description

Available dates: Tuesday, 24 November - 18:30pm Guaranteeing a clear sky to swim under the light of the November Supermoon is something I can’t do - I can, however, tell you that this is one of the best local swim spots to give us the opportunity, based on the direction of entry into the water and the position of the moon on this date. And even if the clouds roll in and the moon stays hidden, we’ll still be taking a dip in supercharged full-moon water - plus, it’s a brilliant opportunity to experience the magic of a night-time dip anyway! * Completion of the Cold Water Safety Induction is required for all guided experiences. The Theory of the Cold Water Safety Induction is now available online for those who prefer to learn at their own pace or cannot attend an in-person induction. Visit Education in the website menu and select Essential Guide to Cold Water Therapy & Wild Swimming (Cold Water Safety Induction). * It is always recommended to get a medical check up before starting cold water therapy * Your booking will be fully confirmed once your medical/risk acceptance form has been checked * Tow float lights can be loaned * Water shoes/old trainers required * Torch and headlamp (red light) ideally required * You’ll receive a full email with course access and session details once your booking is confirmed * Access - Moderate, mostly flat but uneven, muddy paths. Approximate 5 minute walk to the water from the meeting point.
